Mr. Ayris is the founder of Kingstone Media Group and drives the creative vision for the company in his capacity as CEO and Chief Creative Officer. He combines the creative talents of a successful writer and producer with the proven capability and management expertise experience in developing and leading a nationally renowned faith-based enterprise. He is responsible for positioning and marketing Kingstone intellectual properties to the film and entertainment industry, strategic direction of the company, managing major business relationships, and leading in the development of new creative and intellectual properties.

COO: Steve Blount
Mr. Blount is the COO of Kingstone Media Group and the President of Kingstone Comics. Formerly an executive with In Service America, a top outsourced call center that was #1 for faith-based materials, where he directed a team of executives to provide call center support, web services and solutions, database management, product fulfillment, direct mail and marketing services to the nation's largest ministries and charitable organizations and secular organizations desiring to reach faith-based markets. From 1996 to 2005 he worked at Lifeway (at $300 million the world's largest provider of Christian resources) where he served in Customer Interaction Strategies, Knowledge and Channel Management, Strategic Information and Planning, as well as Finance and Business Services. Master of International Management (M.I.M.) in Finance & Accounting, Thunderbird: The Garvin School of International Management, consistently ranked #1 international business school in the U.S.

CFO: Cynthia Kemp
Ms. Kemp assists in setting the strategic direction of Kingstone and oversees all financial aspects of the business. Ms. Kemp has over 15 years of consulting and management experience, providing financial analysis, organization and business planning, and litigation support in a variety of industries. After receiving her MBA in Finance and Organizational Design from Indiana University in 1987, she joined the consulting firm of Deloitte & Touche in Dallas, Texas. In 1991, Ms. Kemp founded and directed the Kemp Consulting Group in Portland, Oregon and currently offers consulting services via Economists.com. Additionally, Ms. Kemp served the Sarasota Ballet of Florida as its interim controller.

Vice-Chairman: William Kemp
Mr. Kemp brings to the board a seasoned general management perspective, strategic insights, and a successful track record on achieving rapid growth. He has advised large and small companies on critical business issues for over 20 years, including more than 100 management consulting projects in the areas of competitive positioning, re-engineering/cost management, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, and financial management. He assisted in expedited launches of several successful retailing start-ups.
Prior to co-founding Economists.com in 2001, he was a key contributor in the 1986-1999 period to the growth of Deloitte Consulting’s Energy industry practice, ultimately rising to become one of three global managing partners. He served the Managing Partner for its Energy industry practice in the Asia-Pacific-Africa region. He was a key member of a partner team that grew revenues from $24 million to $330 million in five years, and made Deloitte the “Best Firm to Work For” among professional services companies.
Mr. Kemp served in 1999-2001 as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Precise Power Corporation, an emerging producer of high-tech electric motors and power quality products. His leadership in commercializing the Company’s patented technology helped make it the fastest growing private manufacturer in Florida.
Mr. Kemp currently serves as Managing Director of Economists.com, a management consultancy that delivers innovative solutions in the areas of financial and technology management, for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies (e.g., Duke Energy, Intel, Alstom, Nordstroms) to start-ups and new business ventures of major corporations.

Secretary-Treasurer: Carl H. Lunderstadt
Mr. Lunderstadt currently serves as Vice Chairman of Center State Bank of Mid Florida.
From 1990-2000 Mr. Lunderstadt served as President and COO of Florida Crushed Stone (FCS) and served in that capacity until the sale of FCS to an Australian company for a nine-figure price. During this time period, he lead in engineering large bond issues on Wall Street to help capitalize the growth of the company.
Prior to Florida Crushed Stone, Mr. Lunderstadt was CEO of Decision Resources, Inc. a computer design and installation company and CEO of North American Industries, Inc.
Mr. Lunderstadt has served in and received awards from many community service organizations, including: State of Florida Volunteer of the Year award from the Society of Economic Development Professionals, 2000 Chairman of the Judges Committee Service Award for Walt Disney World. He also serves the local Central Florida community as President of the Family Crisis Center, an adult rape victim agency.

Director: Dr. Gene Mims
Dr. Mims brings a wealth of experience in managing and growing a successful Christian publishing business to the Kingstone board. He also has a strong network of high level relationships in the Christian publishing industry and the largest U.S. Protestant denomination.
From 1991 to 2004, he served as Vice-President of Lifeway (www.lifeway.com) and primary publisher for Broadman & Holman. In this capacity he managed division sales of Christian publications exceeding $160 million, and published Bible study units in excess of 45 million units annually. His division also had twenty-five magazines, hundreds of music titles, video based studies (some with animation), and annual releases of VBS material that sold over seven million dollars annually.
Dr. Mims also managed one of the largest and oldest Christian music catalogues, held one of the largest catalogues of original Christian art (valued at over 45 million dollars), and released multiple music formats annually. He led in the launch of the first major new translation of Scripture in thirty years in the U.S.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in distribution and selling in multi-channels in ABA, CBA, and direct. In his last year with Lifeway they sold 45 million dollars B2B in web channels and grew Internet Store sales by 100% over previous year sales. LifeWay has a strong retail presence with over 100 stores and is currently leading in Internet distribution and sales among Christian businesses. Total corporate sales now exceed $500 million.
Dr. Mims was responsible for developing strategies for publishing and responding to the various and constant changes in the Christian publishing industry. He possesses strong experience in the Christian market, with insights into trends, threats, and developing issues.
